I was taken to visit the Shrine by my friends Nobuyuki Aoki and Yuichi Ochiai (on right) on an afternoon prior to going to the airport.
And, here I am with Prof. Ochiai, proving that I exist and actually visited the place.
Below is one of the pagodas that exist at the shrine.
At the right (above), we have a picture of another of the buildings, although surrounded by extensive shrubbery. I suspect this may be a place of solitude for the monks. Lastly, just below is a shot of the main gate of the shrine. We actually entered by a different route, leading through a tunnel from the parking lot, and then up an elevator, until we burst out with the view of the first picture above.
